Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Partnerships, AUM & Revenue Growth for the Partnerships & Alliances vertical
- As part of this role, developing the strategy for on-boarding partners, negotiate contractual relationships, technology integration & account management
- Responsible for building strong lending tie-ups with Fintechs/Wealth Managers & Ecosystem players
- This is a P&L role for the growth of business through strategic partnerships & programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in partnerships & alliances & account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to think creatively and generate new ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform sales, growth and marketing decisions
