Ups Testing Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UPS Testing Engineer with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, validation, and commissioning of UPS systems in accordance with technical standards and specifications.
• Analyze system performance and diagnose issues to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare test reports, maintain records, and document all activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of testing equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during testing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in UPS testing, maintenance, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of UPS topologies, batteries, and power systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with 3-phase systems and load bank testing.
• Experience with servo-controlled voltage stabilizers or related power electronics.
