Job Title:Manager/Sr. Manager - Contract and Commercial Management
Location:Hyderabad
Purpose:To oversee commercial matters, ensure seamless contract execution and adopt strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Frame, enable and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Cost control: Partner with business heads to optimize contract terms and conditions.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team
• Stakeholder engagement: Adopt relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Contract repository: Create and maintain a centralized contract database
• Process Implementation: Ensure compliance with global guideines and policies from time to time under the guidance of HoD.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of statutory laws, international trade laws, tender documentation and foreign trade norms
• Expertise in Navision / SAP, PowerPoint and advanced Excel
• Proven track negotiation, team building and interpersonal skills
• Diligent and mature professional from a reputed OEM company
• Process-driven with expertise in contract risk and mitigation management

Qualifications:

• LLB/M.Com., with additional qualification in MBA (International Trade)

Experience:

• 5-10 years experience in contract and commercial management (manufacturing setup INR 300 Crores+ turnover)
