Job Description
- Develop, configure, and customize Service Now platform based on client requirements
- Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Manage and optimize Catalog Management processes within Service Now
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now platform
- Stay updated with Service Now best practices and new features

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Now Developer
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

- CSA certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
