Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Executive Sales and Marketing to join our team in the Modular Kitchen Furniture, Wardrobe and Accessories (Furnishing Industry). He/she will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our brand.

Job description:

  • At least 2 to 7 years of sales and marketing experience in the Modular Kitchen Furniture, Wardrobe and accessories (Furnishing Industry) with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Job involves meeting Builders / Architects / Contractors / Dealers, Establishing relationships with Top Architects, PMCs, and Interior Designers. Generate inquires, product presentations, sampling, negotiations and closing the sales.
  • Direct exposure to dealers and distributors would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research, sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that furniture products meet the needs of clients and project specifications.
  • Knowledge of project sales and procurement processes in the furniture industry.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and suppliers to ensure profitable sales for the company.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  • Stay informed about design trends and developments.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay up-to-date with the latest products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows and events to promote furniture products.
  • Attaining walk-in clients, explaining to them modular kitchen and wardrobe. Doing cold calling for new leads on daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager and ensure seamless communication between the client and the production team until product delivery.
  • Prompt response to customers in terms of queries pertaining to design.
  • To address customer complaints & deliver comprehensive post-sales support services.
  • Liaise with craftsmen or production department staff (such as production managers, marketing staff and design engineers) about the process of construction or manufacture. Handling end-to-end sales activities.
  • To cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized interactions and an in-depth understanding of customer needs.
  • Attend workshops, seminars and training on various types of manufacturing and furniture design.

Education

UG: UG: Diploma/ Graduate/ Post Graduate in business marketing or related field.

Key Skills

  • Solid experience in Modular Kitchen Furniture, plywood, laminate, veneer or hardware industries.
  • Capabilities to develop channel Sales & Dealers Network.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
