Role & responsibilities

. Responsible for end to end post sales activities.
• Answer any queries about the project to the client.
• Responsible for the milestone communication with the clients.
• collection is key responsibility accordance to their mile stone.
• Enter and update customer information in the database with the milestone record.
• handling the whole collection team and get a precise MIS.
• Good Communication skill both English and Tamil.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good rapport with all the bankers.
. Good Team Handler.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Sound knowledge in banking sector and who is willing to travel with us.
