Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6-8 years of expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
✅ Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
✅ Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure clear communication of business needs.
✅ Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment to improve business processes.
✅ Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
✅ Support Agile/Scrum teams by defining backlog items, managing sprint planning, and ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
✅ Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews.
✅ Provide insights for decision-making through market research and industry trends analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
✔ 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
✔ Expertise in requirement elicitation, business process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
✔ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
✔ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
✔ Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Business Process Management (BPM).
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
