Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our Business Development team. This role involves a dynamic mix of administrative, operational, and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will oversee operations at current facilities, oversee construction at new locations, and follow up on leads to identify and secure new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Oversight:
- Drive operational excellence to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction at existing facilities.
- Lead staff coordination to maintain high-quality standards for facility upkeep and equipment, enhancing the customer experience.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify revenue growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively pursue and convert leads into high-potential new locations, ensuring a steady pipeline of revenue opportunities.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, and institutions, to secure strategic partnerships.
- Close high-value agreements to expand the company's reach and operational footprint.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and meetings to generate business opportunities and enhance visibility.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Execute targeted marketing strategies to increase memberships and bookings, driving revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on strategic partnerships and collaborations to unlock new markets and revenue channels.
- Continuously innovate and refine sales tactics to align with market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration, sales, or operations (preferably in sports or hospitality sectors).
- On-field sales experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for sales, site visits and meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sports facilities management is a plus.
- Previous experience in business development, door to door sales and venue operations is a plus.
