Project Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Asso. Architect, which includes typing documents, and maintaining all related correspondence.
• Preparing Proposals, Billing, MOUs, Consultants Work order.
• Assisting the Partner in Recovery and providing the data as required.
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic and paper filling system.
• All inward and outward record of related projects.
• Keeping records and reminding of agreed targets.
• Maintaining electronic data for billing.
• Play a vital role in maintaining documentation related to ISO/MIS Systems and generate/analyse the required data from time to time for accounting or MRM purposes.
• Maintain weekly time sheets and records for weekly team meetings.
• Induction for New Joining's in the team.
• Maintain good communication link with Client and consultants.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of being active part in communication channels within the team and maintaining records and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience is working individually and within a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Eager to learn and develop new skills

• Able to work on deadlines and under pressure
