Project Engineer- HVAC

Receiving the project file given by Project Engineer

Coordinating with contractors for progress of works at site.

Responsible for proper safety norms (PPE)at site

Responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping at site

Checking the manpower at site and if not adequate to be informed to Project Engineer.

Manpower attendance at project site should be recorded on daily basis.

The materials receipts (DCs) duly signed to be submitted on weekly basis to Project Engineer/Manager

The site progress to be marked in the drawings for all the activities and changes also to be mentioned in the drawings for coordinating As built drawings

Providing inputs to the Project Manager for preparing / Submission of the Invoices

Providing inputs to the Project Manager for preparation of Handing over documents / handing over of the project

Providing inputs to the Project Engineer and Project Manager for proper return of excess material from site as per instructions.

Report to Project Engineer and Project Manager

Any other works assigned by superiors

1. Goods Receipt Register

2. Update List of Materials required for the Project against material received

3. Preliminary Quantity &Visual Inspection Assessment Checklist

4. Labor attendance register

5. Material Issue to Contractor Register

6. Work Progress marked drawings

7. Site Instruction Register (approval required from PE/PM)

Authorities

1. Authorized to permit/not permit work if safety requirement is not followed

2. Certifying the quantity of material received on DC
