Vizzve Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in collections, customer service, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contact customers via phone calls, emails, and messages to follow up on outstanding dues.

- Remind customers about due payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of collections, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Handle customer queries regarding payments and resolve disputes professionally.

- Coordinate with internal teams to update customer payment status.

- Adhere to company policies and legal compliance while handling collections.

- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the management.

Requirements :

Education : Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience : Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service are welcome.

Skills :

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.

- Fluency in [mention required languages] is preferred.
