Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Calls & Follow-Ups:
  
• Call potential students and parents from the provided database.
• Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into admissions.
• Counseling & Guidance:
  
• Understand students' academic background and career aspirations.
• Suggest suitable courses based on their needs.
• Address queries regarding coaching programs, schedules, and benefits.
• Lead Management & Conversion:
  
• Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments.
• Coordination & Support:
  
• Work closely with the marketing and admission teams.
• Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, and promotional events.
• Provide necessary support to students and parents regarding coaching schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

✅ Good Communication Skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software experience is a plus)
✅ Ability to Persuade & Convince potential students and parents
✅ Target-Oriented Mindset with strong follow-up skills
✅ Customer Service Approach to handle student inquiries efficiently
