Car Supervisor (Technical)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are fit for duty, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.

2. Manage repair processes by creating and closing job cards, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.

3. Oversee all vehicle repair and maintenance activities, coordinating with technicians to resolve mechanical or technical issues.

4. Source and procure quality spare parts for vehicle maintenance, ensuring cost-effective purchases.

5. Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations, negotiate contracts, and secure timely delivery of parts and services.

6. Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and essential items, conduct regular audits, and ensure availability to prevent delays.

7. Keep detailed records of vehicle status (fit for duty, under repair, or in maintenance) and provide regular updates and reports on vehicle availability and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in cars inspection, repair, and maintenance.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Salary package 2.5 lpa to 3 lpa.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts procurement and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications to manage data and reports.
