Key Responsibilities

• Plan and assign driver routes based on operational requirements while monitoring their schedules, attendance, and daily tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers, addressing their concerns promptly and providing effective solutions to maintain seamless operations.
• Track KMs with accurate reporting, monitor fuel consumption to identify cost-saving opportunities, and conduct routine vehicle inspections while coordinating necessary maintenance to ensure optimal fleet performance.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory and documentation standards, maintain detailed records of routes, travel logs, and operational reports, and enforce safety protocols while promptly addressing any violations to uphold operational integrity and safety.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory 4-6 year depot experience, with a proven track record of working as an Operations Manager in a bus depot.
• Strong skills in managing daily operations, coordinating drivers, and overseeing fleet management.
• Residency in Ahmedabad, is required.
• Salary package: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety protocols in fleet operations.
