Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager/ Manager HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment, onboarding, Hr operations, payroll management and other HR-related functions. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple HR tasks efficiently and support the company's growth and culture.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
