Role & responsibilities

• Should have minimum experience of 7+ years in European Furniture Industry managing Italian Furniture Brands.
• Meeting with architects, interior designers, clients and gaining an understanding of their requirements and preferences.
• The candidate should be well versed with furniture layouts, Brand selection, presentation & material selection.
• Proven knowledge of Brands, various products within the Brands, product selection process, curating/building presentations, furniture Mapping, Site Mockups & client reviews, all material/swatches selection process with architect/Interior Designer/Clients, Final order copy documents with signoffs.
• The Candidate should have an awareness of European furniture brands, latest trends.
• Keep up to date on design latest trends and developments in the local market / international.
• Attend workshops, seminars and training on various types of as given by the brands appropriately.
• Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent.
• Managerial related skills to be added.
• Candidate should have worked under at least 10 Italian known brands.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have knowledge on imported international European furniture brands.

• Candidate should be anywhere from PAN India (Relocation expenses can be considered on the case to case basis)

• Creative and practical ability.

• Hands free experience on the software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Canva and MS office and strong visual awareness.

• Have an Industry recognized degree in Interior Designing or Architecture. Added Advantage MBA.

• Excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills and Interpersonal skills.

• Commercial focus.

• Self-motivation, self-discipline and persistence.

• Flexibility, adaptability and stability to work.

• The ability to work to deadlines

• Willing to travel Domestic and International.

• Collaborative skills, particularly if working in a multidisciplinary practice

• Travel Exposure to Milan, visiting furniture brand showrooms & factories. Attending salone del mobile will be an added advantage.
