1.⁠ ⁠Should have an exposure to all receptionist activities -Courier Mgt. /Meeting and greeting guests/preparing Conference.

 2.⁠ ⁠Perform diversified duties in the reception area mainly consisting into; Handling Front Desk and Co-ordination, Good Communication Skill.

 3.⁠ ⁠Be able to stay objective Vis-vis its personality and the organization.

 4.⁠ ⁠Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

 5.⁠ ⁠Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

 6.⁠ ⁠Give the image of a friendly and concerned person.

 7.⁠ ⁠Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

 8.⁠ ⁠Take care of the allocated reception space.

 9.⁠ ⁠Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
