Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO office.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Map out the strategic and operational roadmap for 3-5 yr. horizon.
- Partner with the different functions to execute the business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Scope each project and finalize project charters
- Execute the "roadmap journey" with precision in addition to acting as a responsive partner, solving "real time" issues or opportunities as they arise.
- Provide visibility and tracking for all discrete workstreams across all functions
- Work with cross-functional team, flag variances in design and execution, drive course corrections
- Integrate execution KPIs into real-time dashboards to ensure progress toward Vitraya s 3-5 yr. horizon roadmap
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist with project management and special initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Provide administrative support to other executive team members as needed.
- Masters degree in Business Administration from Tier-1 institutes like IIM, MDI, XLRI, IMT.
- 3-5 years of in CEO office or Founder s office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of PnL, financial forecasts, etc
- Confident, assertive and collaborative.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
