MIS Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales MIS for Top Management
• Business Analysis Report on Daily Basis (Region wise / Plant wise / Customer wise / Product wise)
• Periodical Sales location Inventory & Assets Confirmation
• Field Force User Creation in Field App.
• Daily Tracking of FFA Field Force Activities (Attendance & Outlet updation)
• Preparation of Monthly PMS Reports (RSM/ASM/EXE - Target vs Actual & Growth)
• Monthly Sales Revenue.
• Preparation of Daily Outstanding Dash Board.
• Analysing data and make reports as per requirement.
• Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.
• Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/data on time.
• Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per the business requirement.
• Maintain good relationship with both Internal & External Customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• M.Com / PG Diploma in Computers
• Experience of 3 to 7 years in MIS Role, MS Office Excel, Advance Excel and Reports Generation.
• Knowledge in Data Collation and Interpretation, Analyse and Flash Reports.
• Co-ordinate with location wise Executives to provide the information as when required.
