We are looking for a skilled Linux Administrator to manage and maintain our Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux environments, virtualization, and server management, along with strong troubleshooting and team management skills.
System Administration:
Manage and maintain Linux servers, including CentOS, Fedora, and RHEL.
Implement RAID levels and ensure high availability of systems.
Create and manage user accounts and enforce password policies.
Server and Virtualization Management:
Manage physical and virtual servers on ESXI, Hypervisor, and Citrix platforms.
Perform automated installations of Linux servers and maintain virtual networks.
Network and Security:
Configure and manage firewalls (IPTables, CSF, Firewalld).
Implement network security policies and manage Squid Proxy for content filtering.
Database and Application Management:
Work with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Manage cPanel, Apache, Tomcat, and other applications.
Troubleshooting and Monitoring:
Handle escalations for Level 3 issues and perform advanced troubleshooting.
Use monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Zenoss for system health checks.
Backup and Recovery:
Ensure robust backup solutions are in place for data security.
Team Leadership and Communication:
Lead and manage a team of administrators effectively.
Communicate issues and solutions clearly across teams.
Scripting and Automation:
Write scripts for task automation and batch processing.
Networking Services:
Manage and configure services like DHCP, DNS, FTP, NFS, and Samba.
