Title : BPO Quality Analyst Manager

Location: Chandigarh/ Mohali
Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Qualification: Must be Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality standards for BPO clients and project delivery.
• Analyze KPIs (NPS/CSAT, audit scores) to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Develop and improve quality assurance processes, conduct audits to address inefficiencies.
• Lead and motivate QA specialists, ensuring efficient issue resolution and service delivery.
• Handle client escalations, maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Use data to identify insights and share findings from quality audits.
• Drive improvement through audits and optimize processes in the BPO sector.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt) to improve operations and quality.
• Track defects and implement proactive error prevention strategies.
• Promote accuracy and quality from the start.
• Train and develop team members for error-free performance.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have 8-7 years of overall experience and 3-5 years of BPO Quality Analyst Lead/Manager experience.

Salary: Upto 12 LPA
