Senior/Lead .Net Developer - ASP/MVC (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative development environment.

- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET technologies and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in the design and implementation of software architecture for new features and applications.

- Estimate development effort, track project progress, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience as a .NET Developer or a related role.

- Proven leadership experience in a software development team environment.

- Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core frameworks.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e., NUnit, xUnit) and best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
