Conceptual Understanding: Encourage students to develop critical thinking, personal voice, and cultural awareness through visual storytelling and artistic interpretation.

Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student work based on IB assessment criteria, provide constructive feedback, and support portfolio development.

Exhibitions & Showcases: Organize student art exhibitions, fostering confidence and real-world artistic engagement.

Collaboration & Interdisciplinary Learning: Work with colleagues to integrate visual arts with other subjects, enhancing cross-disciplinary understanding.

Professional Development: Stay updated with IB best practices and participate in ongoing training to enhance teaching methodologies.
