Detailed description: 10 Yrs

• Experience in Continuous Improvement and build process.
• Scripting - Bash, Python, Perl, Windows batch programming,
• Programming languages: C, C++ and JAVA including Real Time Operating Systems, any exposure to ASIC/Firmware will be added advantage.
• Working experience in Jenkins (Plugins), Job Creation, scheduling, Maintenance, Jenkins pipelining
• Knowledge on UI Automation framework will be added advantage.
• Well versed with Agile / SCRUM model and SDLC flow.
• Hands on with GITLAB (Mandatory), SCM - GIT/SVN understanding.
• Preferred candidates who have hands-on experience on TCU and VIP (RH850, Cypress) component integration.
• Working knowledge with Build system Yocto Build and Android Build.
• Operating system - Linux, QNX, Android (familiarity in posix standards)
• Automotive knowledge, Awareness of Android Infotainment Features and testing
• Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion

• Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Specialize in managing, documenting, and enhancing software build & release process.
• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring timely software releases to customer and manage the software implementation process from development to execution.
• Perform maintenance support and publish KPIs.
• Collaborate with personnel like Delivery Leads, Testers and developers to fix software build issues and provide training on software configuration management (SCM) tools.
• Adhere to Software Release Process for every internal and external releases.
• Create, Configure and Maintain builds in Jenkins.
• Publish weekly Klockwork, Coverity, MISRA and compiler summary and follow-up with development team for fix.
• Ensure testing activities as defined in the project plan are completed prior to release.
• Manage release process related documentation on GITLAB repository and adhere to release approvals in case of deviations in release.
• Collaborate with the Development team to support release planning, estimation, and delivery processes using Agile methodologies.
• Provide testability/QA feedback to product development teams through participation in design and development reviews in addition to being responsible for defect tracking, communication and resolution processes.
• Making sure all the integration testing is performed, system components are in GitHub, appropriate technical documentation allowing platform to be checked-out, tested and validation.
