Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and workforce management requirements.
Document functional requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
System Configuration:
Configure workforce management systems, including time and attendance, scheduling, payroll integration, and other related modules.
Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports based on client needs.
Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of workforce management solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with existing HR, payroll, and ERP systems.
Testing and Validation:
Perform functional testing to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients and address feedback.
Training and Support:
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to clients.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance workforce management processes.
Recommend best practices and innovative solutions to optimize workforce operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
Generate reports and analytics to support business decisions.
