Job Role: HR Recruiter. (Assist in recruiting and hiring, primarily focusing on entry and mid-level positions across various departments)
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. Coordinate interview processes, communicate with candidates, and provide updates. Maintain and manage an organized candidate database. Assist in on boarding processes and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires. Support other HR functions and recruitment projects as needed. Need good coordination with a team. Should Have Experience of 6 months to 1 year Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities Preferred Skills:
