Senior Consultant - MDM / Informatica

Job Title : Informatica MDM SaaS Consultant

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate - 15days

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and product owners to understand the data& business process and work on development activities.

- Produce and develop detailed MDM design specifications, and develop custom mapping functions and customization to the data tier of MDM Hub.

- Identify and analyze business requirements, functional design and translate requirements to technical specifications, and Reltio workflow configuration.

- Analyze, define and implement data quality rules. Design and implement role-specific MDM UI, Match Rules for complex entity relationships, code performance tuning of application database and Reltio MDM platform.

- Design and develop custom workflows using Java, Python or other languages.

- Translate business requirements into technical design.

- Define business process workflows using MDM tools to enforce data governance.

- Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations support.

- Conduct MDM unit tests, code reviews & deployments.

- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and product owners to understand business processes and data requirements.

- Design and develop custom MDM (Master Data Management) workflows and data mapping functions to support business goals.

- Produce detailed MDM design specifications, implement customizations for MDM Hub, and ensure robust data integration.

- Analyze business requirements, define technical specifications, and configure workflows using Informatica MDM SaaS tools.

- Develop match rules for complex entity relationships, optimize application databases, and enhance the performance of the MDM platform.

- Implement and enforce data quality rules, create role-specific MDM user interfaces, and define governance workflows.

- Conduct unit tests, review code, and ensure seamless deployment of MDM solutions.

- Work with Agile methodologies to drive efficient development, testing, and operations support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

- Experience in a Senior Developer role in MDM Implementation preferably Informatica MDM for Clients across multiple domains.

- In-depth understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape Processes & design principles.

- Significant knowledge in Informatica SaaS MDM

- Should have good experience with Data Integration, Data Quality data architecture Master Data Management project life cycle, and best practices.

- Must have experience with Agile and MDM Solution Development.

- Data modelling, Data Integration, Data validation, Match and Merge rules and Data stewardship.

- Should have good experience working on MDM SaaS product.

- 2+ years of experience in building robust data integration pipelines.

- Strong functional knowledge with experience mastering multiple domains and inter-domain relationships.

- Experience with configuration of core Informatica/ MDM Hub components.

- Experience in engaging stakeholders to drive MDM design decisions.

- Integration experience between MDM and CRM platforms like Salesforce is desired but not mandatory.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS is desired but not mandatory.

- Coding experience in Java is desired by not mandatory.

- 5+ years of experience in MDM implementation, with hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS products.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing robust data integration pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data validation, match-and-merge rules, and data stewardship principles.

- Expertise in configuring Informatica MDM Hub components and data quality tools.

- Proficiency in coding using Java or Python for custom workflow development (preferred but not mandatory).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MDM project lifecycle best practices.

- Experience integrating MDM with CRM platforms like Salesforce (desirable).

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is an added advantage.

- Strong functional understanding of Master Data Management concepts across multiple domains.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define business process workflows and data governance frameworks.

- Experience working with multi-domain MDM implementations and inter-domain relationships.

- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive design and integration decisions.
