Job Title : Senior Software Engineer (SSE)

Key Responsibilities :

Architect & Develop :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

Collaborate Across Teams :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Agile Delivery :

- Operate within an Agile environment, driving the development of high-quality software solutions through continuous collaboration and iterative improvement.

Mentorship :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge to uplift the team's skillset.

Code Quality & Optimization :

- Maintain high code quality, ensuring best practices in coding standards, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Experience :

- 8-14 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java and enterprise-level projects.

Technical Skills :

Back-End Development :

- Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Familiarity with JBoss EAP, Oracle EE, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

Front-End Development :

- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular (8+), React, and responsive design principles.

DevOps & Security :

- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and knowledge of authentication and authorization practices (OWASP standards).
