Machine Learning Lead

Bachelors with 9+ years or Masters with 7+ years of experience in Data Science and ML (years of experience is flexible for the candidate with right set of technical skills)

Technical
Good experience in Python(Object Oriented Programming specifically).
Thorough technical expertise on feature engineering of massive datasets, exploratory data analysis, and model building using state-of-art ML algorithms - Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, SVM, Neural Nets- MLP,LSTMS,RNN,CNN, DL, Reinforcement Learning etc. You should be aware of automating feedback loops for algorithms in production.
Experience in working and fine tuning LLMs with tiny LLMs(or any other methodology) and AWS SageMaker.
Publications or presentations at Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Mining journals/conferences is a plus.

Experience in building & implementing scalable machine learning models in production to support real-time inference.

Problem solving

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.

Ability to work backwards from customer needs, and distill informal customer requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-expert audience.
