Skills Required

• Hands-on exercise to introduce and adopt LeanIX
• Expertise in creation of pattern fact sheets, surveys using LeanIX
• Dashboards and reports to provide architecture stakeholders with consistent view of the portfolio
• Knowledge of methods to capture/ reconcile different application frameworks and architecture information
• 10 years plus experience of Design, develop, and deliver applications
• nice to have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud transformation programs, or experience with EA methodologies (e.g. TOGAF) is an advantage
• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., architecture assessment approaches and governance), IT management or with cloud technologies
• Project working experience in large-scale IT transformation initiatives (for instance, Cloud transformations, ERP transformations, Application Rationalization)
• highly motivated team player with a strong result- and customer-driven mindset and dare to do things differently and adapt to change to deal with ambiguity and complexity
• Knowledge and enthusiasm about modern technologies and architectures (e.g., Cloud, Analytics, Microservices, Platforms)
