IPA Presales Specialist

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in IPA solutions, presales, or solution architecture roles.
  • Hands-on experience with IPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), machine learning, AI-driven automation, and workflow automation tools.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and collaborate with internal teams in a customer-focused manner.
  • Analytical mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in IPA platforms, process mining, and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of software development, scripting languages, and automation tools.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data integration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and internal teams to design custom IPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
• Support the sales team during client meetings, proposals, and solution workshops by showcasing your knowledge of IPA tools.
• Understand client business processes, challenges, and goals to recommend the right automation solutions.
• Create and present demos, proof of concepts, and presentations that highlight the benefits of IPA for specific client needs.
• Help smoothly transition projects from pre-sales to post-sales, providing delivery teams with the information they need for success.
• Document solutions and share best practices with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent delivery of IPA solutions.
