Sr. Test Analyst

Technical Skills:

• Adobe Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in developing and managing dashboards within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, analyzing data trends, and identifying actionable insights.
• Data Validation and Reporting: Advanced skills in validating calculated metrics, identifying outliers, and ensuring data accuracy. Capable of creating leadership reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Excel and Project Tools Proficiency: Advanced experience with Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for data manipulation and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA for managing tasks.
• A/B Testing Knowledge: Collaborate with teams to support A/B testing strategies and use Adobe Target for optimization efforts.
• Problem-Solving and Ownership: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset with a sense of ownership for team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dashboards in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for comprehensive data reporting and analysis.
• Data Analysis: Analyze trends, detect anomalies, and generate actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Testing and Validation: Support A/B testing initiatives and validate calculated metrics to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize testing strategies, fostering team collaboration while independently managing tasks.

Mandatory Experience:

• AB Test using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Proficiency in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA for task and project management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing and ContentSquare for user behavior analysis.
