Project Management Office (PMO) Lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to manage the team bench, focusing on demand and staffing analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Excel, presentation skills, and experience with automating reports with Excel and Power BI.

**Key Responsibilities**

Team Bench Management

• Analyze the bench across competencies and follow up with Competency Leads and Delivery leaders for their staffing into right projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date team bench forecasts and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize resource allocation needs

Reporting and Analytics

• Design and automate reports in Excel and Power BI to provide insights on team performance and capacity
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team productivity and efficiency
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve team bench processes
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure seamless integration

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Communicate team bench performance and capacity to stakeholders, including senior leadership and project managers
• Provide regular updates and insights to inform resource allocation decisions

Experience

• Overall 8+ years of experience with 3+ experience in a PMO or similar role
• Proven experience in team bench management, demand and staffing analysis, and reporting

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Macros, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Experience with Power BI and automation of reports
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
