VIESL - Senior Accounts Manager - CA (3-4 yrs)

About the job:

Company Description:

- We engaged in leasing, renting, refurbishing, and selling road construction equipment and other types of construction machinery.

- We also manage works contracts, projected crushing, soil stabilization, recycling, milling, and paving.

Note : The candidate must have successfully completed the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited located in Pune.

- The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Exposure:

- Working with medium size companies in ERP environment

- Full working knowledge of India GAAP, Knowledge of IND-AS is added advantage

- Knowledge of Accounting Standards and its applicability

- Sound knowledge of all accounting concepts & Guidelines

- Direct and Indirect Taxation working knowledge

- Fund raising for Working Capital & Capital projects/equipment

- Liaising with Internal & Statutory Auditors, various Statutory/Govt.

Authorities:

- Capable to handle team

- Periodical Financial MIS preparation and presentation to BOD

- Costing of the project/products/services

- Working knowledge of commercial laws desire

Qualifications:

- Finance with Associate Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant

- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role

- Sound knowledge of ERP accounting software

- Expert in MS Excel, Word and Power Point presentation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy
