The Placement Manager at Vishwa Vishwani Institute of Systems and Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the career trajectories of students across programs including BBA, BS in Computer Science, PGDM, and MBA. Key Responsibilities

Placement Coordination:

• Develop and execute an annual placement strategy to meet placement targets.
• Organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
• Coordinate between students and recruiters to ensure seamless placement processes.

Industry Collaboration:

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, startups, and MNCs.
• Identify and onboard new recruiters across industries relevant to the institute's programs.
• Act as a liaison between the institution and industry for internships and job placements.

Student Development:

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance students' employability skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, and communication skills.
• Offer career counseling and guidance to students to align their goals with market trends.

Database Management:

• Maintain an up-to-date database of students and recruiters for effective matchmaking.
• Track placement statistics and provide detailed reports to the management regularly.

Events & Networking:

• Organize career fairs, alumni meetups, and corporate guest lectures to expose students to industry trends and opportunities.
• Represent the institute in industry forums, networking events, and professional bodies.

Internship Support:

• Facilitate summer internships and live projects for students across BBA, BS Computer Science, PGDM, and MBA programs.
• Ensure internships align with academic learning objectives and career goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Must possess a Ph.D. from a premium institution in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR. Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage.
