Role & responsibilities

• Providing healthcare: Providing basic healthcare for students who are ill or injured, and developing health plans for students with chronic illnesses
• Educating: Teaching students and staff about healthy habits like hygiene and nutrition
• Screening: Performing regular health screenings to detect health problems early
• Tracking: Keeping track of students' vaccination records and updating their medical histories
• Ensuring safety: Making sure the school environment is safe for students and staff, including preventing the spread of communicable diseases
• Complying with laws: Ensuring compliance with local and national health laws
• Advocating: Advocating for the physical, mental, emotional, and social health of students
• Provide basic healthcare to students in case of injury or acute illness.
