Roles and Responsibilities
¨ The focus on right talent sourcing, sourcing the best possible resource that suits/fits into our company culture and must work closely with senior management to ensure the company is satisfied with the candidates they produce.
Responsibilities:
¨ Meeting with hiring managers/HODs to discuss their requirements and specifications for candidates
¨ Have a proper Job Description and signed-off, further explaining to candidates broadly on KRAs
¨ Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the Job Descriptions/ Scope of Work requirements.
¨ Creating and maintaining databases of potential candidates, including resumes, and other pertinent information like reasons for leaving previous jobs or some vital critical information which helps/decides in hiring
¨ Interacting with candidates to understand their interests and motivations and whether they would be a good fit for the company culture
¨ Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers/HODs to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
¨ Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
¨ Interviewing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and recommending them to hiring managers on merit
¨ Communicating regularly with hiring managers/HODs to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the recruiting process
¨ Consults with leaders to anticipate future staffing requirements in line with their business plans and ensure the costs are prepared for top management review, on monthly basis
¨ Ensure the hiring cost/replacement cost are balanced and evenly distributed, data’s are furnished time to time
¨ Updates organization charts and ensure the reporting relationships are streamlined as per management direction & changing operating/business models
¨ Consults with Head of Department on any alignment issues and changes in the organization structures and modifies the organograms
¨ Manage the selection process for positions, including requisition management, development of position descriptions and recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the on-boarding process, ensure that all facilitation is through HRIS application (no offline hiring)
¨ Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.
¨ Lead updates to and development of overall recruiting department processes, procedures, and systems including sourcing of an appropriate applicant tracking system for day-to-day candidate management and database.
¨ Develop creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, skilled consultants, internet data, job boards, and internal/external networks)
¨ Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.
¨ Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors on the recruiting process and pending needs.
¨ Manage candidate communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment lifecycle and educate candidates about culture, benefits, and position expectations.
¨ Develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals and participate in recruitment events in support of diversity hiring and inclusive sourcing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
¨ MBA HR with 4-8 year of experience in the core recruitment
¨ Good Communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, making of MI information
¨ Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems/HRIS awareness
¨ Proficient with social media platforms
¨ Experience in recruiting niche level positions and being team player
