SW Engineer - JAVA Full Stack Developer-React

This role works closely with various teams to build solutions that accelerates faster delivery of Visa products to market. The candidate should have a strong background in Java and experience with various development methodologies, tools, and processes.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree, OR 1+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
0.6 - 1.5 years of experience in software development.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in Full Stack Software Development for large-scale, mission-critical applications.
Experience with Core Spring, Spring MVC, SpringBoot, Hibernate/JPA, JDBC, Tomcat.
Expertise with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
Knowledge of DevOps tools containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines is preferred
Strong data analytical skills to understand data and build excellent products.
Proficient in Web Services/API Development using REST and JSON.
Experience of building tools/utilities using Python is an added advantage
Proficient with GIT/Stash, Maven, Jenkins, etc
Familiarity with GenAI tools for development (eg, CoPilot, ChatGPT).
Experience with Agile development methodology.
