Team Summary

The Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visas consulting division, serving Visas clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.

In Asia Pacific, Managed Services is the execution arm of VCA. Our teams (also known as squads) are embedded virtually with clients; leading to long-term engagements and delivering value primarily through implementation and execution services. We deliver objectives from a shared value agenda, effectively becoming the enablers and trusted strategic advisors for our clients.

What a Sr. Business Analyst Delivery Lead does at Visa:

As the Sr. BA Delivery Lead, you will lead and oversee the delivery of a development squad as well as perform the Business Analyst function. Your team will work within one of our key issuing partner s environments helping them to deliver digital capabilities which enable best in class customer experiences for their end users.

You will:

Lead and oversee the end-to-end client delivery, including co-ordination with the client on the squad s behalf
Build strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their business and challenges
Engage with the client to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, prioritize the requirements and make recommendations on the solution.
Drive, develop and maintain project deliverables including high-level requirements (scope), functional/non-functional specifications, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, and other project artifacts.
Communicate to the squad and extended team effectively for technical development, testing and implementation.
Integrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive for end-to-end solution and business results.
Participate in cross-functional stakeholder communications,
Work in a highly collaborative environment and develop effective relationships with Visa stakeholders and the clients stakeholders.

This role will support a key client of Visa and will help to scale our Managed Services capabilities supporting Visa s ambition of diversifying our revenue. Managed Services is an emerging, fast growth, focus area for the Visa business globally.

This role will support one of our most strategically important issuing clients of Visa and will be responsible for delivering significant improvements to their digital consumer banking and payments experience. What you will need to be successful:

Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Results-oriented and with a high attention to detail. A self-starter who enjoys a challenge and needs minimal support and direction. Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team.
Leading technology delivery teams with diverse resources and skill sets
A proven track record of delivering complex projects to time, within costs and to the highest quality
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with proven knowledge of working in end-to-end software development lifecycle.
Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style; able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
Experience in and passion for payments
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management

Valuable experience:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related technical discipline
5 + years leading and/or overseeing project delivery
Minimum
