Position SummaryThe Technical Consultant Adobe Campaign is a technical role that requires providing Consulting advice and support to Clients for Implementing Adobe Campaign solution and any technical advisory required afterwards

This is a client facing role and requires consultant to liaise with the client, understand their technical and business requirements and then Implement Adobe Campaign solution in a manner client gets most value out of the solution

Consultants main objective is to drive successful delivery and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our customer

Required Skills2 years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations2 years of scripting programming experience JavaScript preferred5 years of enterprise software implementation development experience2 years implementing Adobe Campaign for clients withHave worked on setting up a fresh instance of Adobe Campaign to go live for at least 4 clientsHave setup ETL workflows with initial data loads and corresponding schemas and formsHave hosted deskside coaching sessions with clients demonstrating functionality built and enabling clients to use itHave created complex scheduled multi touch campaignsHave created complex deliveries with more than 5 personalization fieldsGood communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentationAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work under pressure, think quickly, delivering to tight deadlinesAbility to work under flexible timings,8 hours per day overlapping client time zones

Typically and 8 hours day between 0800IST to 1200EST depending on client location

Good presentation and customer facing skillsAbility to manage multiple clients simultaneously, set and manage expectations with clients individually
