Run My jobs, SAP BPA Automation and Enterprise Batch scheduling, Event driven scheduling

Must have
Strong administrative experience with automation job scheduling software Redwood RMJ various jobs like ERP(SAP, Oracle,As400) and NON-ERP(Unix,shell,DB,cron.etc).
Perform scheduling package database, calendar, date object, maintenance, API's
working experience on Time windows and time frames events, locks
Analysis, design, test and implement automated processes using various scheduling objects.
Troubleshoot and solve scheduling issues and conflicts.
Manipulate scheduled processes to accommodate customer requested changes
Automate triggers and variable input parameters
Analysis and perform acceptable condition code and email alerts creation for automated job failures.
Analysis and perform resource definition and control
Migration from Non cloud to RMJ is added advantage.

Nice to have
Demonstrate ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, own the request through successful completion
Experience with establishing and documenting policies and procedures pertaining to automated scheduling and other production support analyst duties
Solid understanding of documentation and production support activities
Ability to mentor team members in various areas of expertise
Understand a large-scale 24x7 production environment
Ability to prioritize workload across multiple customers, software tools, and operating systems.
Should be ready to work rotational and Night shifts and weekends.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork skills and Able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Server Management(Windows/Linux) and reporting will be added advantage
