- Oversee VMware to Cloud migration project, ensuring it meets organizational timelines, budget, and customer goals
- Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, ensuring security compliance, and assistance with migration deliverables
- Experience with developing migration project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Ability to coordinate tasks with technical teams and other stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Experience with defining the scope of migration assessment, identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and security concerns in the migration process
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget, adjusting plans to optimize resources as needed
- Experience with maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and questionnaires Oversee change management process
