Salesforce Developer

Collaborate with stakeholders, including education administrators, faculty, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements

Conduct workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design solutions, configure Salesforce CRM modules, and customize features based on business requirements

Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, system configurations, and user guides

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, sprint planning, and release management activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) tools

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of Salesforce solutions

Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed

Support post-implementation activities, such as data migration, integration testing, and production support

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionalities
