Job Description

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Pragati Software's growth objectives.
• Lead long-term financial planning and analysis to support business expansion and revenue targets.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Manage the timely creation and delivery of accurate financial reports, such as quarterly, yearly, and monthly statements.
• Verify that all legal obligationssuch as taxation, audits, and regulatory filingsare met.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Oversee the yearly budgeting process
• Keep tabs on and evaluate financial performance in relation to the budget, giving the executive team regular updates and analysis.
• Modify financial projections as necessary to account for modifications in the state of the company.

Cost Management & Optimization:

• Implement and oversee cost control measures to enhance profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
• Ensure efficient allocation of financial resources across the organization.
