Key Responsibilities :
Content CreationResearch and write compelling blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers,and website copy related to the BIM industry, architecture, and engineering.
Develop educationaland promotional content tailored to an audience of architects, engineers, andconstruction professionals.
Create targetedmarketing content such as email campaigns, brochures, and landing pages.Content Marketing Strategize and execute content marketing campaigns to enhancebrand visibility and generate leads.
Optimize content forSEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Monitorcontent performance metrics and refine strategies for better engagement andconversion rates.
Social MediaEngagement Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook,Instagram) with a focus on engaging architecture and BIM professionals.
Create and scheduleposts, stories, and ads that align with the brands goals and audiencepreferences.
Respond to comments,messages, and queries to foster community engagement. Analyze social mediaperformance metrics and adjust strategies for improved reach and engagement.
Requirements
Qualifications andSkills Education and Experience
Bachelordegree inJournalism, Communications, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years ofprofessional experience in content writing, preferably in the AEC (Architecture,Engineering, and Construction) or BIM domain.
Technical Skills : Excellent command ofUS English (writing and editing).
Strong understandingof BIM, architecture, and construction-related topics.
Experience withcontent management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Proficiency in SEOtools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
