Position- VIP Support Engineer L2
Exp - Min2.5 Yrs
Location- Mumbai(Santacruz)
Shifts- General Shift, 9hrs,6days
JD-
- Address the Incidents for VIP users on immediate basis.
- Good Communication
- Good approach and attitude
- VC setup knowledge.
- Manage the standard desktop/laptop OS image (Windows 10 / Windows 11)
- Prompt and immediate support to VIP users
- Provide permanent fix to any of the issue reported.
- Keep VIP user updated in case any task.
- Regular deployment of patches and hot fixes on laptop / desktops
- Install, configure client software on desktop/laptop as per approved list.
- Deploy patches on the end user devices using patch management Tool.
- Periodic preventive maintenance for VIP users Desktop/Laptop
