Governance/Risk & Compliance Consultant - CA (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Execute client projects related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management.

- Implement Internal Financial Control (IFC) and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), including drafting Risk and Control Matrices and process documentation.

- Develop Standard Operating Procedures, internal audit manuals, and checklists.

- Ensure client service delivery aligns with firm quality standards and methodologies.

- Manage client accounts daily, fostering a positive learning culture while mentoring junior team members.

- Ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management guidelines.

- Demonstrate expertise in industry trends, challenges, and best practices.

- Leverage technology to enhance service delivery and share knowledge with the team.

Experience:

- CA with 3-5 years of experience

- Strong background in GRC, internal audits, and risk management.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
