Sales Support Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in all aspects of their day-to-day tasks, including preparing quotations, sales proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Manage communication between sales reps and customers, including following up on leads and potential opportunities.
2. Customer Interaction:
• Act as the point of contact for clients, responding to queries related to orders, products, and services.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular sales reports, analyze data, and track sales performance.
• Provide administrative support for sales forecasting, target setting, and pipeline management.
4. Coordination & Communication:
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with other departments (such as marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure that sales goals are achieved.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on sales goals, targets, and processes.
5. Administrative Support:
• Organize and maintain sales documents, contracts, and customer files.
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Handle the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conferences for the sales team.
