Role & responsibilities

• Counselling and Guidance
• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid.
• Address inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Assist students in identifying their career goals and aligning them with suitable programs.
• Admissions Process Management
• Conduct detailed follow-ups with prospective students and their families to ensure timely application submission.
• Review applications, verify documents, and coordinate entrance exams or interviews when required.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards throughout the admission process.
• Promotion and Outreach
• Represent the college at school fairs, career expos, and community events to attract prospective students.
• Organize campus tours, open houses, and webinars to showcase the college's offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centres, and other academic institutions.
• Data Management and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrolments using the college's CRM system.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Admissions Manager on progress and challenges.
• Analyze trends and feedback to improve admissions strategies.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and student services to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for new students.

Preferred candidate profile

• The desired candidate should be a multilingual with fluency in Telugu, Hindi.
• Good Communication Skills
• Candidate who can able to join immediately will be given first preference
