Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage director's schedule, including fixing appointments , calendar management ,
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other logistics
  
• Should have strong follow up skills and efficient in making MOM
  
• Should be proficient in Google sheets & advance Excel

• Good mathematical skills
  
• Possess excellent grammar knowledge to ensure professionalism in written and verbal communication.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  
• Commerce or Science graduate degree from a reputed institution
  
• Excellent English writing, spoken English, presentation skills, personality development, EA/communication skills required.
